What sets a good install apart

Anybody can roll color on a floor. The difference is in the preparation and the edges. We diamond grind the whole slab, including the edges along the walls, so the coating bonds everywhere. We fill cracks and smooth out rough areas. We coat the stem walls a few inches up if you want a clean, wrapped look.

Layers

Primer, pigmented body coat, optional flake broadcast, and a clear topcoat. The result is a floor that resists stains from cars, pool chemicals and garden products.

Garages that do more

Many Laguna Niguel garages hold golf carts, e-bikes, surfboards, a second fridge and a home gym corner. A sealed floor stays clean and looks good with cabinets and wall storage.

Dust protection

Grinding concrete produces silica dust. We use vacuum-attached grinders; OSHA's silica page explains why.
