Who we serve
Office suites, medical and dental offices, gyms and studios, retail shops and flex units in the business parks along Camino Capistrano.
Choosing a system
Medical spaces may need seamless, cleanable surfaces. Gyms need impact resistance. Retail needs a polished look. Polished concrete is an option for offices and showrooms.
Minimal disruption
We schedule nights or weekends and phase work so your business stays open. We coordinate with property managers on access and building rules.
Can you work after hours?
Yes, that is common for our commercial jobs.
Do you provide documentation?
Yes, product data sheets and scopes.
Medical and dental suites
Clinical spaces need seamless floors that hold up to disinfectants. We choose chemical-resistant topcoats and can add a cove base where floor meets wall.
